Radiated Veterans of America, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) (19) Veterans Service Organization that is allowed to receive donations, and currently all donations are deductible by the donor for federal income tax purposes to the level allowed by law (individually determined).

Copies of the IRS Letter of approval can be made availalbe by writing Radiated Veterans of America, Inc. at the address below with a request and enclosing a self addressed, stamped envelope. Annual IRS Form 990 reports are on file with te IRS.
