The United States and other governments have, in the course of developing and deploying Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), poisoned (leading to illness and death) thousands of citizens, particularly military personnel exposed to radiation, poison chemicals and biological agents. This poisoning, while  no one charges was on purpose, nevertheless has led to great human suffering ...  and the coverups, obfuscation, or misinterpretation, of results of the events appear to have been on purpose in too many cases. 

National Security is one thing ... but twisting security needs to hide or misrepresent facts, or simply refusing to acknowlege mistakes ... in order to avoid liabilities to individuals, government agencies, corporations, and educational institutions that have taken in hundreds of billions of dollars... is something else. With few exceptions this misrepresentation and avoidance has been prejudicial to loyal military personnel and their families.

Radiated Veterans of America, Inc. (RVA) is a Nevada non-profit corporation approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a Section 501 (c) (19) Veterans Service Organization on a primary mission to aid, by public education and endorsing legislation, those past, current and future members of the Armed Forces of the United States of America who, beginning with the Manhattan Project in 1945, were or will be exposed to ionizing radiation, from weapons tests, storage, accidents and deployment.

This includes non-weapons use of nuclear energy for medical, propulsion and experimental purposes.

RVA members include Veterans exposed to Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons and armaments resulting from the Gulf, Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq Wars.

RVA also works closely with Veterans exposed to Agent Orange, or who took part in the SHAD (Project 112) chemical and biological experiments and deployments, particularly in the 1960s and 1970s.

The Atomic, Biological and Chemical (ABC) weapons programs were, and are, conducted under top-secret conditions. While RVA respects the need for national security, we do not believe it is just that individuals are denied adequate medical care, compensation, or recognition because of security clearences, or classifications, when such can be accomplished without compromising security.

RVA's main goal is to positively influence the Administration and Congress of the United States of America that bear final responsibility for bringing justice to American military Veterans, their families and survivors.
