Download, fill out, and mail in (with appropriate donation) the Membership application (attached below in Adobe Acrobat format). The Membership committee will review the application for consistency with Inernal Revenue Service Rules for membership in a 501 (c) (19) Veterans Service Organization. Radiated Veterans of America must maintain at least 90% of its voting membership as Statutory War Veterans (description accompanies application form) if donations are to be deductible for federal tax purposes. U.S. Military Veterans need not be Atomic Veterans to hold membership.

The Board of Directors has given Lifetime Membership to all Current and Future Members who have donated $20.00 or more. Voting Membership is available for qualified persons.
